In the world of "Do as I say..."

How I found it

TorrentFreak.com reported on December 25th that some employees at the major Hollywood studios were caught openly pirating copyrighted material, including movies, games, and pornography.

Ironically the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) has been one of the most ardent prosecutors of digital "theft" for over a decade.  I'm sure most of you have seen the adds at the beginning of Netflix or Redbox movies that shows some scene of a shady crime and concludes with the line "you wouldn't do _____, so don't steal movies."  That's the MPAA.

Example of Paramount's torrents
It is also interesting that Paramount and its employees are pirating independent movies like Battle Force.  I understand the Happy Feet (Warner Bros.) and Hunger Games (Lionsgate) rips; you gotta watch the competition.  I really don't understand the indie stuff, that's not their wheelhouse nor has it ever been.

Warner Bros. takes the cake however... check out Torrent Freaks original article to see the juiciest bits.  I'll just say that while I make no judgements about pornography and its consumption, it probably isn't appropriate to "steal" porn at work.
